Total Workout System Classes
We do not offer drop in equipment classes.
Our TWS or Total Workout System Classes are our most popular offerings. And they are for a reason. Once you join a class your presence is expected every week keeping you accountable and invested. Holding our clients to this standard helps keeps the entire class progressing at a steady pace so that you can keep your connection to both your body and to the Pilates Method zipping along at a steady pace. Classes are never more than 5 people and incorporate the Reformer, Mat, Tower, Wunda Chair and props.
Finding the right class is important for you and for us. We ask that you commit to one private session with the instructor who teaches the group that you are interested in joining so that we can get you on the same page as the rest of the class and to make sure it really is the best fit.
